All of the staff were very professional, and nice. I had appointments for 2, 3, and 14 year old at the same time. They accommodated me by setting my oldest child’s appointment first, so that she could help if I needed it. My 2 year old was not so patient, but they handled it very well. I would recommend Tebo (Dacula) to my friends and family. ud83dude0a

My 7 yr old and 4 yr old has been coming here for years now and we know the people in the office like family. Everyone is so sweet and kind and treat my children with love and patience. The restroom is very clean, and sitting area is always neat. I appreciate how they call and text because I am a busy mom and sometimes can be forgetful! I highly recommend to family and friends.

Everyone there was super friendly. They were very detailed and thorough. They made sure I understood everything and left no question unanswered. We’re new to the state and finding a good dentist for the kids has been a hassle but the struggle is over lol.

I wish it was possible to leave a negative amount of stars. I have never been so frustrated and angry after an appointment. My kids have been patients at Tebo for years and have always had wonderful visits. Situations that could have been overwhelming for little people were always handled with care and compassion. That was NOT the experience we had at our last appointment. From the time we walked in the door, we were met with very negative attitudes. It was a completely different environment than EVERY prior visit. The staff spoke to me in a very condescending manner. The icing on the cake was that one of my children needed to have a couple of teeth pulled. He had previous experience with nitrous oxide with NO ISSUE. When the dentist, Mina Youssef, spoke with us about the situation, he told me that oral sedation was the only available option and we would be referred out to another doctor as they didn't do that in office. I expressed my concerns about sedation in general as my child has an issue that could be complicated by sedation. Not only did he not listen to what I said, he cut me off to tell me how my child had behaved under nitrous previously. I will add that he was not present at this previous appointment and had never met my child prior to this visit. Despite telling him again that there were no issues, he cut me off and said oral sedation was the option. I have never been dismissed like this nor have I ever had a doctor of any kind be so bold as to TELL ME what was safest for my child and completely ignore the past medical history. No one has the right to do that. I can assure you we will not be returning to Tebo. Part of me wondered if this was just an isolated incident until I started reading other reviews and saw MANY other reviews stating similar frustrations and concerns. This is completely unacceptable and I will tell EVERY ONE I know that their patients truly aren't a priority to them.

I previously posted a review but it appears the review was taken down so I am posting my review again.nnMy son has been a patient with Tebo Dental for the past 4 years. We previously had great experiences at Tebo Dental. However, most recently it was told to me by the team in the Dacula office that my 8 year old son who has never missed a cleaning would need SEVEN CROWNS AND UNDERGO IV SEDATION IN ORDER TO GET THOSE CROWNS. I was also told we would need to pay $2000 up front to even book the appointment for my son to get this work done. I took my son to my dentist for a 2nd opinion and it was found that my son has no cavities, or signs of decay. This was determined by my sons dentist reviewing X-Rays as well as the dentist putting a camera in my sons mouth and showing me there was not one cavity. Scary to think if I had not went for a 2nd opinion what would have happened.
