Got a haircut from Julie and when I went home and looked in the mirror I realized it was not cut even at all and I had large chunks of hair that were longer than other parts. She was nice but I can't believe she let me leave the salon like that. I will be following up to ask for a refund, as I do not want to go back and get it fixed since it was so terrible to begin with.nEDIT TO ADD: I reached out to a district leader 3 months ago on 08/01/2019 and received no response. Great customer service.
Mary truly is THE perm queen- she had so much knowledge and knew exactly what to do even though my hair is resistant to perming. The ladies here are so nice and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend.
Mary has always done an excellent job coloring and cutting my thick, curly, layered hair. It's never been easy finding a good stylist that can handle my kind of hair. She gets it.
