I joined this facility and appreciate that there are so many different classes, offered throughout the day. No matter what time of day, you can find a class! The instructers I've encountered have all been knowledgeable, but also likeable, friendly and accommodating of different levels of fitness.nI've also signed up for individual fitness sessions offered by Jen and she keeps me honest and in shape! Sometimes my abs hurt from laughing.
Jen is a fantastic trainer. I train with her two days a week. She challenges me & my training is never dull. She’s always changing it up. Also take yoga classes offered with Kim - awesome!!!! If you’re looking for a personal touch with your instructor this is the place for you.
Love my daily fitness therapy with Jen! She gives me a variety of structured workouts incorporating cardio and strength. Love the friendly atmosphere!
