Lake Minnie Plaza

I went back to Coqui Puerto Rican restaurant. Had some delicious Mofongo with carne frita. Very moist and full of flavor. If you haven't tried this place, you should. Helpful staff and great service!

The only thing that makes this plaza with while is the new little addition. A wonderful little family owned restaurant called coqui. I've lived across the street from this plaza for years and finally have a reason to go into this parking lot. Now to do something with the rest of the stores there's
