Had to move our business to another Country Financial representative. Derek was unresponsive and had an excuse for everything. Been very happy with our new agent.
Unresponsive when I had a claim question. I called customer service and they told me to contact Derek. I left a voicemail. Customer service also sent an email. It’s been two weeks and still no response. The company is sort of backwards where everything goes through the rep and not customer service. I found a new insurance agent immediately and left Country Financial. Everything has to go through the rep and if you have a bad rep, nothing gets done. Find someone else.
Derek has been my Financial representative for almost 3 years now. He has helped me to find the best deals for car insurance & renters insurance. He is reliable & returns my calls and emails in a timely manner. I would recommend him to a friend.
My wife and I enjoy working with Derek, he is very personable and professional. We highly recommend him and his services :)
