I've been doing business here since the mid 80's. Since this pandemic it has got to be a miserable experience. Take a number and wait as usual. They call numbers so low and fast that you can't hear them. Even watching the board, a number comes up and you have to watch closely all the assistants to see who calls. If you're not there in a second they've already moved to the next number and you're back to the end of the line. It used to be a friendly and helpful place. Now rude, and shuffle you around like prisoners.
I’ve previously left a 5-star review here because Lynette was fantastic. Unfortunately, It’s now taken 4 visits just to get my vehicle tags...and I still don’t have them. That first review, 2 months ago, was my visit to get all the information I needed to get my vehicle tagged. Every phone call and visit, I’m told I need something else. Sharon Jordan, you need to get your DMV in order! The citizens of this county deserve better. I’ll see you all on Monday for the fifth time...who knows, maybe this one will be the one. Any other veterans out there thinking of retiring in Suwannee county, go elsewhere.
