We had a bad water leak in the meter’s box. They came very quick and fix everything. Great job, don’t remember the name of the guy, but he was very nice and professional. It was on 02/09 at Autumn Glenn , thanks man!

Usually very nice however Thai..... not so much. Very disappointed with her customer service. Rude, snooty and not helpful. Listen Thai InUnderstand you may not have been on that call but this utility’s company has no accountability.

Terrible service and worse web site. Web site is a puzzle to navigate. Water not hooked up as requested. Had to call twice. Web site is not secure for paying bills, but stopped sending me paper bills without my consent. Tried to sign up twice for automatic billing. Even sent a form in the mail because the web site did not recognize my routing number as valid. Did not work either time. Actually got a delinquent notice a month after it was late (because I thought I was on auto billing). No way to disconnect service but through the inane web site.

Paid online with a. Credit card 1 payment and my card was charged 4 times on 2 separate days for the same amount! Overcharged me over $500 now have to wait 3 weeks for a refund check! Total fraud here! Check your cc statements if you pay online!
