I went here after being referred there by Catholic Charities. I called, representative told me the day and time to be arrive for orientation and he stressed to be on time. I Went to the orientation, and was given an appointment. The orientation was straight forward and direct. Informed clients of what services offered and what forms, documentation, etc needed to be considered. I was seen on a Wednesday, had all the required documents ready and in order for them by that Friday. A week and three days later I obtained the assistance needed. Word of advice to anyone seeking aide from them. Be on time ( before time if you can) Listen clearly, read the application thoroughly, Stay humble don’t take firm answers from the representatives personal. Have your business in order, pay stubs, SS cards, birth certificates, lease agreement, bank account statements, utility bills. Be prepared to have this place all up in your business. People were turned away for simply not following directions and some sad to say where just looking for an easy handout.

This is one of the most awful community resource companies I have ever volunteered at. I couldn't believe the amount of applications that were just intentionally delayed,denied and just thrown away out of discrimination or laziness.nI would not recommend working or volunteering here.

No assistance what so ever. My application was over looked for 2 months and then the supervisor try's to make up an excuse as to why my application was not processed. Instead of admitting her team dropped the ball. And on top of that she seem very careless.

I went to place when I felt I was at my lowest asking for help. I was advised to give up custody of my child and then the police was called on me. I was new to the area at the time with no family except my son, however I had a good job. I just needed a little help.I would never consider this place a resource for anyone in need.
