Do not live in any property managed by this company . They do not do anything for the residents . They don’t keep up or manage the grounds and if you have an issue don’t expect them to do anything . So unorganized and dysfunctional In the office it’s like they don’t care about anything . Save your money .

Horrible property company. They won't respond to your concerns. My property was damaged and they have not respond. Do not make this your choice to live. If you do make it short term and do what you have to to move.

This corporation is a joke! We had so many issues at one of their properties, we decided to move out with our infant because we couldn’t take it anymore. And every time I try to reach out to corporate, they either don’t answer or they’ll give you some quick lie to get you off the phone. I don’t know how many times I’ve been the regional manager from this location would be contacting me but I feel truly disrespected. As a resident, our safety and satisfaction should be a priority. We are more than just a monthly check!

This company is HORRIBLE.... Poor property management, even poorer as you get further up the Regional Management ladder.... Still waiting on a phone call back(2 1/2 weeks now), but not holding my breath. The property itself has completely gone to garbage. The staff is inept. Trust Bell Partners, at your own peril.
