Love this DMV. I don't go to any other now. It is clean, organized, and the service is quick. Love it!
I realized I lost my ID this morning when I have a flight to catch later. Ran to the DMV and got a replacement all within 1 hour of realizing I lost mine. And usually this place is even faster than today, but wow I am still very impressed. I genuinely hope these employees get paid well
Available seating not socially distanced, but enough available to distance yourself wait wasnt long even as a walk in. Mask wearing enforced sanitization stations available, staff was courteous and polite ample parking with wheel chair access.
Best DMV in the State of Florida. Their customer service is amazing! If I lived in Miami I would want to come to this location!
Did not wait to long. Employee Tom was great and very helpful. That’s why the 5 stars. The two ladies at window 12 and 11 all they did was sit there and talk and talk for 30 min. Probably more after I left and did not seem to care or want to do work and help people
