Due to COVID they are not open until 11 am. I had a package to pick up in store. I arrived at the store at 11:08 they were not open. I sat until 11:20 still not open. I called twice and no answer. Extremely unprofessional to not be open when you say you will be. I came for a package and planned on picking it up and leaving immediately because I had other plans. Now I have to come back a second time wasting all that gas.

Terrible customer service. Tried to exchange for a different sizeof pants wouldn't help because the tag was off, however I had the tag.Terrible selection of sizes in store.

Sale prices were quite good but the choice of clothes for newborns isn’t large. Couldn’t find a single item appropriate for us
