My husband and I are self-employed artists. As a result of the pandemic, large events were canceled and our ability to sell our work disappeared. Throughout the spring, various 'relief packages' popped up. We had to figure out if we qualified for any of them and figure out the pros/cons and legal implications of each. Arthur helped us make sense of the chaos and pointed us in the best direction. He interpreted information about the brand new relief packages and figured out how they might best help us in our unconventional employment situation. We are very, very grateful for his expertise.

My husband and I are extremely impressed with Nick and Arthur at Alliance Tax & Accounting Service in Brookfield, WI. They took charge and alleviated what was a very stressful IRS situation for us! They contacted the IRS (we did not have to speak to the IRS at all) and took care of our problem. When I went in to have a 'short form' return done I wish they would have told me they were charging me $250. Never in my wildest dreams did I think it would be more than $100. You'd think in good conscience they would have told me upfront what they were gonna charge me and advise I could get it done much cheaper ANYWHERE else. (Or maybe that's just what I would have done - its called 'moral obligation'.) Then on top of that I got a small amount of $$ back from the IRS because something wasn't calculated right!

Nickolas Pierce is a very professional, personable, and knowledgeable CPA. He is excellent at tax problem resolution. He will save you the stress, trouble and time, and work with the State and the IRS on your behalf. Nick has the skills and gets awesome results.

My experience with this company has been a positive one. All my needs where taken care of in a timely manner,even through this covid 19 pandemic. Staff was friendly and always attentive, answered all questions respectfully. Very satisfied with this company
