They never answer the phones and when it’s the day of your appointment, they never call you so you miss your appointment. I just have no idea how they have a job when they don’t do it.

Never have I ever had to deal with people who cared so little for children! My child is in need yet these people suppose to be working for their needs yet they aren’t! This needs to be fixed!

I have gone t this office for a couple of years and all the ladies are sweet. Now I call and it seems like a new lady Deonnie is a rushful and unhelpful lady. It is almost like she talks to you in a particular way being you are getting assistance.

Very bad service!! I called to set up an appointment and was placed on hold for 13 minutes!! I hung up and called back and the lady told me that she forgot that she had me on hold!!! They need a new receptionist ASAP
