Impressively incompetent. Lost checks from mortgage company, constant errors on paperwork, ever increasing prices vs quoted, no response to emails or voicemail. Very difficult to get in contact with at all. On my recent refinance, dealing with this office was more of a pain that the rest of the refi process combined. Switched to a new insurance company and I just can't believe how much easier they are to work with. I really wanted to work with someone local, but it's been more headache than it's worth.
