Don't go here. Take the 20 minute drive to POINCIANA MEDICAL CENTER. At Poinciana they get you in and out fast and with amazing medical care and advice. The nurses are amazing and they all actually have a bedside manner. Heart of Florida you wait 4 hours and they belittle you as if your not sick just a hypochondriac

You need to remember where you get in if its the first time. If you get tired from shopping,a lot of comfortable seats are located around the mall.

Its a orthopedic medicine center, not a shopping mall. Lots of parking g, a few chairs in the lobby by the elevator.nSign on door, stating call the doctors office from your car, because we don't really want you in the building because of covid19, and we will call your phone number when we are ready for you.nOnly family member may come with the patients. Everyone else is supposed to wait in their car.nMy roommate 's phone died, so I called from the lobby and left a message that patients phone dead. Then I waited in lobby because roommate had a broken limb.nI would not go here, but roommate hat NO choice.
