do not even bother trying to come here for appointments, I was scheduled for an dentist appointment for a second time to return then they want to say i did not have an appointment YET they were the ones who wrote down on a paper to tell me to come back that certain day. Them females in there just like to play around and hardly work. If they want to play they need to go to a park. Definitely need new workers.

I wish I could give them zero stars Horrible service came with my newborn baby, the lobby was empty and ladies were talking non stop and I had to get up and say something to them! this an awful service!!!

this haines city wic office is horrible on there time and they take for ever to see..you being waiting there for about an hour or two hours on you appt... built a new build if you cant hire no people like really.

They do not value your time. Staff is often talking to each other behind the glass and ignoring that there are several people waiting in the lobby. Also will answer phones even when you “being helped “ . Very disappointing
