I was not pleased with the lack of contact, or confirmation for reservations made after 3 attempts. I ended up canceling after 30+ days of waiting. The people I spoke with each time were very congenial, yet I never received what I asked for, even when things were said to have been mailed out.
This is the most chaotic and disorganized tour company I have ever dealt with. They are severely understaffed. It is an ordeal to get someone on the phone and then no one seems to have an answer when you do get them. If you use this company, I can only see bad things happening to you in a foreign country. Certainly not worth the risk. Everything with them comes with an extra cost. Be forewarned.
I went Feb 2016 with TBN G16 Tour. Everything from hotel, to tour guides, was fabulous. Will use this agency again in near future.
