Started going here a few years ago when my wife wanted all things done under one roof medically with the birth of our first child. Used to be a descent place to go. Now they treat you as if they don’t matter and can’t stick to appointments made months in advance and claim low staffing. I get cancelling appointments if an emergency shows up first, kid breaks a tooth, cracked teeth eating, whatever. They Canceled my appointment back in March or April. Covid. Whatever, got it. Never rescheduled. Just told me they were only doing emergency services and had no time frame for cleaning appointments. Went about 4 months and decided when things were getting better to book an appointment I had a tooth ache I needed looked at as well as a cleaning. Earliest thing they had was a 6 weeks later. I took it. They said if the tooth got worse to call and they’d see if they could get me in sooner. I rode it out. Here we are 2 weeks from my appointment and they called to cancel again. Guess my tooth ache isn’t important enough for them after I’ve been waiting. My wife and kid literally have an a appointment the same day and they didn’t cancel their appointments. 10 mins later I had a appointment at my former dentist in 3 days time to get my tooth looked at. Moving my family out of this dentistry.

Had an emergency visit and was pleasantly surprised at the cost. Thank you for not price gouging during this pandemic! You guys are all great! Thank you for working during this time of craziness.

My daughters go there and it’s been good. Let’s be honest nobody wants to go to the dentist but at least my kids don’t get upset at having to go so that’s a really good thing.

My wife and daughters have been going to Dr. Whalen for many years and I started going a year ago on my wife's recommendation. The staff are always very pleasant, it is an extremely clean facility and I feel very comfortable with trusting Dr. Whalen and his staff with my dental work. I would highly recommend Dousman Family Dentistry.
