Florida's Best Accommodations, Inc

This review isn't so much about the property as it is about being appreciated as a regular customer. We have stayed here several times over the years and were planning to again in January. Our vacation time wasn't approved so we needed to cancel. Instead of giving us a full refund on our deposit they chose to enforce their cancellation policy on us. I guess that few hundred dollars is more important to them than a loyal customer. Needless to say we will be staying somewhere else next time.

Pricing is wrong on Homeaway website, even when you pick dates, show details and book. They deny your reservation several times. They do not honor the price with their units listed on the web. So, as you set your budget, don't count on Florida's bests price to be close. Price went up $700 for 12 day trip. This seems like it should be illegal, certainly poor business.
