I have been with measurable solutions for only 3 months. They are open and willing to help me in any area of my practice or personal growth. Each person and practice is unique and here each individual is treated that way.
I have really enjoyed the courses I am taking. It has simplified something, which to me was a large difficult issue, and made it something manageable. They are very helpful and customize to what you need.
I’ve been using their services since 2011! I keep coming back because it obviously works!! Every step of training I receive takes me to the next level in my business! If it works for them, I know o wouldn’t be in business today, they helped me save my business! If you are a DVM or a DPT and own your own business or are thinking of owning, I highly recommend this group! I wish o got this information in vet school! It’s made me a better Vet, better manager, and better owner!
I have been working with measurable solutions for about 6 months now. They have been instrumental in me starting my practice off on the right foot!nI highly recommend them to help grow your physical and therapy practice the right way!
I’ve originally signed up with Fortis without actually knowing a great deal about this company at the recommendation of a trusted friend. I’ve done several other coaching programs in the past for private clinic owners and from the bat, I realized that Fortis does things very differently like for example, they rely far less in technology as other companies in the same market space. I was expecting initially that there will be more implementation and during the Christmas I sent out a few emails as I was told that there will be an assignment based on the one course that I had taken, however I didn’t receive it. I sent out 3 emails during the Christmas break which were not answered. Also, I was told that their owner’s conference will be held in person in the US despite the pandemic. I currently live in Canada and our government has strict mandatory Covid-19 guidelines and we are discourage to travel, specially to the US, where Covid-19 cases are so high. Due to the lack of implementation, lack of answered emails and expectations to traveling during this pandemic, I decided not to continue with Fortis and ask for a refund on the remaining courses in the package. I believed that we would deal with this professionally and in a civil matter and just moved as I had also already enrolled in 2 other coaching programs and I didn’t want to have things dragged. Initially the staff at Fortis were responsive and after a few back and forth, they referred me to deal with Ken Thomas who’s tittle seems to be the deputy CEO and in charge of marketing. I agreed to talk to him over the phone, as we were dealing with the details of the contract regarding refund, he talked to me in a very dismissive and passive aggressive manner. Then, he stated that he will discuss the issue with his superiors and will follow up with an email. The email came about a week later and in this email he was threatening and trying to silence me as well because during our phone consultation, I stated that the original and non-discounted price of the courses have been inflated compared to what is fair market value with other similar programs.nThe main issue of concern that I have about this situation is not the refund but the fact that Fortis allows employees like Ken Thomas to treat their female clients in such a way when she makes a valid complaint. Because my criticism hurt his fragile ego he responded with signs of aggression, bullying and attempts to silence me in his communication, these are typical signs of male fragility. I know that I have acted in a professional manner with his staff and instructors and is very frustrating and disappointing to experience this form of male aggression and be on the other side of Kenneth’s uncheck need to exercise power in order to feel validated and important. It is impossible to have any kind of productive conversation with someone in this state of mind and it also leaves a negative impression about the doings of this company. It makes me wonder about their culture and what kind of behavior their female employees are tolerating. I hope this review serves as a warning to current and potential female clients of what you might have to deal with if you are not satisfied with their services and are referred to deal with their male employees acting like Ken Thomas. I feel very certain that he would have demonstrate a much different attitude if I would have been a male client. Very disappointing that in today’s environment women are still dismissed and threatened even when they are the client. I look forward Fortis’ response regarding this matter and if this review concerns them enough to look further into this matter and their culture to better serve their female clients and possibly female staff.
