Michelle has provided fantastic service, both as a property manager and as a realtor. For several years, she worked diligently to keep our property rented at an appropriate price, and she leveraged her experience, wisdom and expertise, as well as her long-term relationships with contractors and other professionals, to keep the property in appropriate condition. After we decided to sell, Michelle worked hard to market the property, including open houses and walk-throughs, and kept us constantly updated. When we signed a contract to sell, she was again on hand with her experience and expertise and worked long hours to make sure closing occurred timely. This was all done with a spirit of professionalism and dedication. I wholeheartedly recommend Michelle and her company for all property management and realty needs!

Buxton Properties and the owners Michele and Brian Buxton are con artist. How does a property management company move out a wanted fugitive felon off one property because of the protest of other tenets onto another one of there properties⁉ufe0f They knew he was a felon and after tenets showed numerous documents that he was a fugitive from another state they still moved him to another of their properties‼ufe0f They do not give deposit back or make you chase them around tillnyou get it back. So beware of renting anything from them. They also hire convicted sexual defenders as maintenance workers. BEWARE
