Perfect place to live
Very dirty and places were too close together. People seemed nice and lit rent cheap if your ok with dirty
High rent for zero services. no onsite manager. no pool. no club house. they rarely answer the phone number they supply. it's a corp that owns over 40 parks across the country and we get a new manager every 6 months cause they always quit. They have many problems with old water supply pipes. water is rusty and low pressure to keep the rusty pipe blow-outs down. Sewer lines are old and slow. Prone to back-ups into the units. Rent raised every year in Oct. Extremely poorly maintained park. Lets not forget about the electrical poles falling over. I think the only reason they have some good reviews is they had a contest for one resident to win some free rent picked from the reviews. avoid this park!
Very clean place. You can say it's like an upscale mobile home park.
