The Director (Paul Valenti) is in my opinion about as incompetent as it gets. Not only did he mis-manage my case, but he did not adhere to the Chapter that governs his office in the Muni-Code. This is not the first time; he was Sued in Lee County for basically doing the same thing there. A super waste of time, if you can take your case to a Federal Agency; do it, don't waste your time with the Pinellas Office of Human Rights.
Ronisha Taylor shall forever be my hero for her handling my claim against a former employer for unpaid wages. A true hero! Thank you Ms. Taylor, as well as the entire office, from the bottom of my heart.
