Our HOA has them come every three months and not once in the 5 years of living here, has the guy knocked on my door for service.

Had these folks out for Termite eviction and tenting. They were professional and did the tenting for about a third of what Orkin wanted. Annual termite protection is reasonable and they have been prompt to respond whenever I have had any sort of question or issue. Came out in less than 48 hours upon seeing evidence of termites in my shed and treated the shed, no questions asked. They have been great.

I would not use them. They have ridiculous charge for not being prepared for fumigation as they say. Also, left my garage door locked and broke garage door opener when trying to open. Looks like they weren’t prepared.

Family owned business, but too bad one of the sons is rude and unprofessional when in a company owned vehicle by his Pop. Great advertising, now I know who NOT to hire .
