Went in for a renewal. Found out when I got home the submitted for a duplicate.nnWhy would I get a duplicate Driver's License 9 months before it expires?nnNo use complaining... Since there is no competition in a State Controlled service...nnLet this be a lesson that less government is better.

I'm from So California the Wisconsin DMV is Heavily, Back in So Cal it was a all day event unless you wait 6 months for a appointment

My whole lift the dmv was a dreaded place by everyone I knew. Than I became one of the many who got to stand in the hours long lines to deal with very unhappy people.nnThis branch however has been excellent. I have used it over a dozen times and each time it has gone quickly and the staff was helpful.nnThank You

Necessary evil.nnI will say though, it's way more streamlined process than 20 years ago. Wait times were not horrible.
