Great location to take in a game while staying in Dunedin. The employees were probably some of the most friendly I have encountered at any stadium. It is a cozy ballpark as well.
Don’t go if you don’t want to wear a mask while sitting socially distanced from other fans in restricted seating. Ignore the science, only way to not wear a mask during game is to keep eating or drinking, doesn’t matter if you are vaccinated. No music, announcer or any in game entertainment. Ballpark would not let kids catch balls between innings, you have to stay in your seats. Save your money, don’t go.
I went to work there for a staffing agency and the manger of the stadium came over to me and said I have to take my phillies hat off. It was a little awkward but whatever. When I was going to put my hat in the car he demanded that I take it off walking to the my car. Very disrespectful and degrading. To whoever that guy was. Do not treat people like that
A really nice ballpark to enjoy Spring Training baseball! I’m not a Blue Jays fan, but am a local who enjoys seeing baseball games.nnI saw they had poutine on the menu and had to laugh as this is definitely a place that knows what Canadians like! Hey, don’t knock it until you try it!nnThe only downside is that I could not get into the team store to buy merch because it was packed! Other than this, I enjoyed the experience and would love to see more games here in the future.
