not willing to help. asking questions will only annoy them rather than enable them to better assist you. i was seen by matt who was very condescending and refused to answer questions. instead he scoffed at me for not knowing the information on my own and told me to reschedule.
I moved from out of state and had to title and register my car and get a Florida drivers license. I went in Monday and didn't have all my paper work and the lady was short with me and grumpy. I scheduled a second appointment for today and was dreading it. However I was helped by Kellie in the north pinellas tax collectors office today. Hands down it was the best experience I've had at a DMV. She wasn't short, she was super helpful and really made the process smooth and enjoyable. I wish all my experiences at the DMV were this way. If anyone is going to the DMV cross your finger you get her, she's the best.
Visited recently and had a great experience. I just needed to update the lien holder on my title. Even with being let into the building, technically, after my appointment time - I total (including time waiting) - was there all of about 40/50 minutes! I’m from MI originally and without a pandemic you can spend up to four hours at the DMV there. Thank you guys for working as swiftly as possible! In addition - happy to see someone is constantly sanitizing seating before next person comes up to the window.

There's typically a feeling of dread that I have to overcome when having to visit any government building. They're synonymous with lines, rude employees, long wait times, etc. Additionally, an appointment has to be made due to the current COVID-19 restrictions.nI went to apply for my concealed carry permit and it couldn't have been a more pleasant experience. I arrived early and was seen immediately. Gillian politely explained to me how to finish the application and Arin (sorry if I misspelled your name) walked me through everything else. Pictures and fingerprinting was a breeze and we shared a few laughs. I was in and out in 15 minutes. They were a great couple of ladies who made what I thought would be a time consuming, negative experience into a quick and enjoyable one. Give those girls raises!
