The staff at this location is extremely personable and friendly. While picking up a prescription I was impressed with the pharmacist, Trudi, and her ability to keep her composure while she was assisting a customer that was raising his voice at her. She attended to his needs and although he left abruptly causing a scene she managed to treat him with respect and went above and beyond trying to keep him satisfied.

I came into the store Saturday 9/26 around 11am and feel awful for not doing something then. The male manager was clearly in a bad mood and slamming things around. He was mad because the very young female at the register seemed to be learning the register and her line got long and he had to jump on another register. He yelled at her several times from across the store. I stood there in shock instead of standing up for this young woman. This treatment of your employees is unacceptable.

I receive varied service there. Most of the time there is no one to ask questions, I think over the years they have cut staff. Sometimes a clerk will be nice, another time almost rude. I returned a case of thermacare I ordered on line, they weren't right ones, the older as t mgr, grey hair, had a terrible attitude. Look, I'm sorry I ordered the wrong ones, it's hard to tell, but what do u want from me? Blood? Geez, it's not his money. They make a ton of $ off me anyway w all the on line ordering. It says on website, easy returns thru store, i felt like a criminal. I try to buy as much as i can thru meijers after that.
