Very rude person barely acknowledged my presence, no greeting whatsoever, completely unfriendly. Totally preoccupied with a personal phone call, which could be understandable if there’s a crisis, but there was no explanation, no apology, just totally indifferent to the customer that was right there in front of me, except of course for taking the money for my purchase. I have never been treated this rudely at any business I’ve ever gone into, and I will never go back.

They had what had been looking for a long time .I would go back to LADY BUG when I need any PEST CONTROL PROBLEMS.

Had flea problems and none of the over counter remedies worked. Went to Lady bug and no more fleas.
