Andrea did a wonderful job with our reservations and also gave us good info about things to do in the area.She was outstanding. It was my husband’s birthday and she even got him a card.Skip was our captain and took us on an hour or more cruise up the intercoastal. He felt like an old friend taking us on a boat ride. We had a great time! Highly recommend Conch Cruise.

Made a same day reservation and had a wonderful $10 cruise. We were the only family on the boat so we got a private tour around the inlet with nice commentary and jokes along the way. The captain took a photo of us in front of the lighthouse! very nice, and would do it again - captain said he takes feedback on which route he takes through the Jupiter waterways.

Awesome experience!! We took an hour tour with Captain Kevin as our guide. He was very friendly and knowledgeable of the area. He made sure to point out lots of houses that were owned by famous people and share some fun facts about landmarks. Everything was clean and sanitized before we boarded. I highly recommend!

Had 12pm reservation for 2 boats, 1hr tour that I was told our group would love. Arrived at dock, waited 10 mins, then finally was told one captain was there but rhe other captain was not and it would be 30-45 mins! Wasn't given an apology or even discount for the delay. They should have CALLED me before noon if they knew captain was going to be late so we could decide if wanted to wait. When the other captain finally did arrive, we were given no apology or even a smile. He was clearly not in a good mood. Our group of 12 decided to make the best of it and finally. loaded onto the two boats at 12:45. MISTAKE. The tour was awful, it was more like an hour boat ride along the inlet. Captain didn't even take us on the normal course so we didn't get what we paid for. He definitely did not want to be there, it was obvious by his disposition. He barely talked & gave limited info, he pointed out 3 celebrity houses during the hour tour, that's it. Our other group's boat captain was friendlier but didn't necessarily give an hour's worth of tour. How do you sell these as Jupiter sightseeing cruise?!? Highly disappointing and not worth the $240. Shame on this company for upselling us from the 30 min tour when I called to make reservations, then take our money for more expensive 1 hr tour that wasn't even a tour & started 45 mins late! Oh and no complimentary water bottles as stated on their website. Thanks for ruining our group's special occasion day!

Best spend 30 minutes, Matt was so friendly and talkative, he was a great company.
