After having dropped off our taxes on Oct. 14 2020, here we sit on Dec. 3 still waiting to hear back. No response to our 7 calls and several requests to transfer our tax material to a new accountant. Not even walking-in could provide us with a straight answer. The agent teaches classes and seems to put that before actually doing her job. These are simple and straightforward W-2’s and other documents. Absolutely ridiculous! Let’s see if we get a response today.

Far too expensive...ouch! They didn’t find anything that I didn’t already know how to do, so I could have saved over $600 (for only 1 hour of work) that I paid them to do my taxes. Sure, it would have taken me longer, but I’ll definitely be doing my own taxes next year.

Our tax preparer Anna Price is outstanding!! Her knowledge and the fact she genuinely cares for her client's is something you don't see much anymore in business. We plan to continue on a yearly basis to have our taxes done only by Anna Price. Alway's a great experience when we see Anna.
