Imagine charging a guy who can clearly barely afford it 25k because his lawns weren't cut. You were lucky he didn't drive his truck through your offices so he could at least say his 25k was worth it.nnYou are shameful human beings.
If this is truly happening state and federal officials need to be notified! Also one remedy effort that can be taken is a petition to change the ordinance and laws of this community signed by a majority of citizens as well as a class action law suit. Thank you all for your reviews. You made it at least questionable and mostly doubtful of changing from a renter of Dunedin to an owner of A property in Dunedin. However, the property management/owners here are not much better. Best of luck to all that have been taken advantage of unjust fines and bully tactics!

So I just read an article from this Peter schloreh or whatever his last name is. He should be ashamed of himself. Did he listen to the lady that was in USA Today, and that’s right to fine a lady over 100000 dollars who’s house is foreclosed upon? Seriously? This Peter should get a life. I WILL NOT EVER LIVE HERE
