This was my first experience/purchase with JR Colombian Emeralds and it was perfect! I reached out after I saw a ring I wanted on their social media (highly recommend following them because they always posts discounts and new pieces). By the time I got to the store the ring already sold, but everything happens for a reason because Natalie and Laura helped me find an emerald ring that I loved even more. They're extremely knowledgeable about emeralds so they were able to answer all my questions. Definitely recommend dropping by the store because their pieces look even more stunning in person and Natalie & Laura are very welcoming and attentive to their guests. Not surprising since it's a family owned business so they will really take care of you. Thank you to everyone at JR, looking forward to next time (hopefully sooner rather than later!)
What can I say? Natalie and the team blew us away. My wife had been following their instagram forever. They were so impressive we flew down to Florida to visit their shop! Creating a custom ring is pretty scary when you are investing an a large emerald and it's difficult to imagine the finished product. If you are thinking of creating your own ring, I would suggest you take your time with it and find the right stones. Natalie helped us find the perfect emerald and side stones for my wife's new ring. What an upgrade. The emerald is to die for and and diamonds match it perfectly. We were updated every step of the way and although it took a little longer than we had hoped, it was worth the wait for what I think is the PERFECT RING. From picking out the emerald and diamonds to the CAD and 3D printed cast—everything was amazing. Knowing that everything was created just for my wife makes it even more special. If you are looking for an emerald, man...there's no other place you should go. Natalie is amazing.
I had an amazing experience working with Natalie, she is wonderful! I reached out via Instagram, wanting to get a quote on a gorgeous emerald ring I saw on their page. Natalie got back to me very quickly, and once we had established a budget, she sent me a video of many beautiful emeralds that I could choose from. The whole process of ordering a custom ring went very smoothly. I’m so in love with the ring, it’s absolutely beautiful. Two months later I contacted Natalie again, this time to create a custom emerald necklace. I sent Natalie a reference picture of what I wanted, and she help me pick out the perfect emerald for this piece. I’m so happy with both pieces, and can’t recommend JR Colombian Emeralds highly enough!

I recently made a purchase for an emerald, I had this idea in my head that I wanted something delicate, yet eye catching. Natalie was very prompt and showed me a selection of what I requested, didn't take long before the perfect one caught my eye. Next thing you know it's home in my hand. I absolutely love it and cant wait to have it mounted. I am making myself a custom gold and emerald pendant so this stone will have sentimental value as well. Overall a great and fast experience, will be buying again!
