I am new at helping out with permits at my job and Donna has been nothing but helpful for me! Maybe the other reviewer caught her on a bad day but Donna has been super helpful to me when setting up inspections with the town of SPB.

The reason I am giving the town hall a one star review is because they chose Donna to represent them. She is outright RUDE. I came across many people in South Palm Beach who with this opinion. Donna should be terminated for her attitude with people asking questions regarding permits, with contractors, with anyone else who comes into the Townhall for anything. She is bitter and nasty.
