Extremely unprofessional to a unconstitutional degree bereft of any ethical application move here and you move to a city that will try to charge its residents to park at thier own homes or pay exessive fines. Unreasonable town with unrealistic expectations and no perception of how common law works. Flagrantly violating the law. Probably a city in debt or insolvent and behaves as such. Will be advising several developers in the greater area on where to avoid due to real business principals. You guys want piddly money and just lost lionshares.
