Went in for a cleaning and small repair of a necklace and they did a good job for a good price. When I inquired about a watch on sale that I can get on Amazon for $210 they were charging $400 for the exact same watch. I also asked about a gold chain that was 14k and 11.9 grams they told me the price was $1200, that chain is worth no more than $600 retail. I don't know if I look stupid but I don't like when people try to take advantage of me. I wouldn't go back just based on that.

Wonderful place! The staff were incredibly friendly and personable. I only went in to have a ring resized and they went above and beyond what I asked of them and made me whole experience there and enjoyable one. They resized my ring, polished it to make it look brand new and sent me a photo of it once it was done so I could see before I went in to pick it up.
