I recently moved my parents down south and it came along with our families grandfather clock. In the move, the clock was damaged and needed to be repaired. Arlex Jewelry came to the immediate rescue driving 40 miles from their shop to restore it. Adriano was polite, efficient and explained everything that was done. This has been the best service I have ever received for our families prized possession.
I have a grandfather clock that I needed to have cleaned and oiled. I called Arlex Jewelry (spoke to Cathy) and was quoted $175-$200. She told me it would take an hour to complete the work. The guy just left my house......it only took him 1/2 hour and I received an invoice for $200.00. On top of that, he did not clean the clock.....only oiled and adjusted. Next time, I will google You Tube and do it myself. I'd love to have a job that pays $200/30 minutes. Total ripoff!!!!!
