Could not fix a watch bracelet which they held onto for a month and $18 for watch batteries. Friendly but expensive and limited services.

I promised myself I'll write this review to support locally own businesses because I do not take pleasure in enriching a board of already wealthy people.nnThe owner, Mr. Johnson made sure my husband and I were taking care of. He was professional, real and understanding. In the end, we bought our wedding rings and were very satisfied. It was hassle-free and we still have our legs and arms.nnMr. Johnson will take care of all of your Jewelry needs, make you look very good and people would think you bought your piece at those you googled before you read this comment.nnEnjoy
I've been dealing with Jans for over 30 years can't think of going anywhere else.
I brought my engagement ring in to have it redone to my taste...the fiancé got an A for effort. Fred guided me through the process and captured what I wanted perfectly!! I’m non-traditional and Fred listened and designed my ring exactly as imagined: ordering the specific stone and adding his own special expert twist. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience!
Fred is super nice and takes pride in his work. He does everything. Sells, repairs and designs your jewelry. I plan to have some ring resizing done this week.
