Exceptional service is hard to find these days, which is why Quantum is so exceptionally refreshing. This organization takes pride in every step of the process. From the start, their expert knowledge and advisement gives you total confidence in your decision. During installment, they are completely professional and meticulous in delivering flawless flooring and cleanup. I can also speak to their follow-up services after a recent experience. Our AC leaked, damaging our floor. I called Quantum years after initial installment. They immediately pulled up all my product information, and came out the next day to assess and repair everything with total warmth and attention to detail! What peace of mind to have found such expertise and reliability - not to mention, every single employee will leave a smile on your face! So kind and engaging. QUANTUM ROCKS!!!nnP.S. We are so happy both with our new floors and with Quantum Floors. The selection is excellent. Nick and Daniel are professional helpful, patient, and extremely nice. The installation went smoothly. There was a glitch which was no one’s fault. Nick was so excellent making sure it got taken care of. I can to recommend Quantum floors highly enough.

I couldn't be more pleased with the beautiful new laminate floors from Quantum. Excellent customer service and the floors were quickly finished. I'm blown away by the job they did on the stairwell (see before and after photo below). They take get pride in their work and you'll be thrilled to see your new floors everyday!

We are so happy we were recommended to use Quantum Flooring. We spent many weeks trying to find the right floor for our new house. Daniel and Nick were very patient with us during the selection process and guided us to the engineered wood floor that we eventually ordered. We felt very good about our selection based upon the sample, but you can never be sure if we made the correct decision until you actually see the full planks in your house. Well, the day of our installation we finally saw our flooring and we had the biggest smile on our faces. It was exactly what we wanted. Then came the installation. Our floor installers were great and worked with us to maximize the layout that we wanted. We are very proud of our flooring and highly recommend Quantum Floors.

We had a great experience working with this company. From the very beginning of the process, they had a great selection of floors to choose from and we were able to bring home samples to see how they look against our furniture and cabinets. The installation crew was punctual and even showed up a few minutes earlier to start their work. They were very professional in terms that they kept their work space clean and worked very efficiently in removing our old floors and installing our new floors. We would definitely recommend and use them again for our flooring needs.
