What AMAZING service I received from Adam. When he heard my story he dropped very to help me out of the bind Flooring King left me in.nnEverything he said he would do, he did. Things they said would take days or weeks, Adam had done in hours.nnI have had the opportunity to speak with the owners (his parents) and the installers, EVERYONE has been super nice.nnMy floors go down today, just two days after the initial call and the day before all my belongings arrive. Florida Flooring and Adam saved the day! Even though he knew I didn’t want to spend a lot and that it was only a small amount of flooring, he treated me like I was the most valuable customer they have.nnTheir price was more than fair, their service is outstanding and they are some of the nicest people you’ll ever deal with.nnI can’t recommend Florida Flooring enough, you won’t be sorry if you choose them for your flooring needs.nnUPDATE: The floor went in and is beautiful. Florida Flooring was recommended by a neighbor that just had their floors done. They did a beautiful job for them so we decided to use them for our flooring throughout our home. First of all, they are absolutely wonderful to deal with. We went to their showroom to look at samples. Everyone there was so nice and helpful. We chose a couple of different samples and then Adam came out to our home with the samples, to measure and give us an estimate. He then came out again with more samples because we just couldn’t decide what looked best. Adam was so helpful and very patient. Once we decided on the flooring we wanted, with the help of Adam, we decided to do it right then and there. Within 2 weeks we had the floors done. We couldn’t be happier! We love our new floors. The installers (Wellington and another gentleman) were wonderful as well. They did an awesome job. If you are looking for new flooring, I highly recommend Florida Flooring. They are truly the best!!!
After shopping at several flooring stores I went to Florida Flooring. This store is a family owned company, the prices were very good, the employees are honest and trust worthy and excellent customer service.nMichael came to my condo with different samples and I was able to choose the best one.nThe installation was excellent and the install people were efficient, professional and worked in a timely manner.nThe floors came out beautiful and I am happy with the work. Highly recommend Florida Flooring. A family run business that provides exceptional & personalized service every “step” of the way. We began by selecting 5 floor samples within the store. Next, Florida Flooring brought these samples to our home so that we could determine which looked best in our lighting and aesthetic. Once our decision was made, we were given a very fair price, and an installation crew was sent our way. Their professional crew was punctual, hard working, and their outcome resulted in a beautiful, new, floor that we couldn’t be happier with!
10/10 would recommend Florida Flooring. We're so happy with our new vinyl plank floors, we can't stop staring! The installers took so much attention to detail and even finished before expected. Annie and her team were so helpful. It was great working with a family run business that takes the time to explain things to you and help through the whole process. Can't thank them enough. They also have the cutest dog that we were lucky to meet! :)
