Very unprofessional! My passport was ready to pick it up and nobody gave me a call to let me know, I just have find out by myself because I called them. They need to improve their workers and services. Definitely not recommend!

It's Thursday and it's 4 in the afternoon and in their hours they say that they work until 6pm from Monday to Friday and nobody answers, I even called and nothing. Previously we went for a service that included the passport, because they tell us that they would call us but time passed and nothing until one day I went and there was my passport listening to the conversation for a long time possibly, they do not call, they take their rest when they You win, and this is only a guess but there are times that I think that they raise the price of services at your convenience. They look nice but unprofessional.

I called this agency and I also went personally for immigration paper issues. There is a blonde lady of a few extra pounds, which is the one that took care of me very lack of professionalism, what interests her is money and if you are only going to be a question or ignore it, aa but if you are going to buy a service it is different. I hope the owner of that takes it into account that that is not a way to attract customers. aaa and prices for clouds.
