The process started on January 5th, I was charged to have it expedite, TWICE,none from the Government and another from Rush My Passport. TWICE!nI don't get it WHY FedEx gets involved on renewing passports if they outsource others.nBottom line, $ 404.13 so far, and NO PASSPORT YET!

From the start to finish my experience was beyond poor. I was told by FedEx office that my passport would be back to me as little as 2 weeks. It ended up being 8 weeks, (renewing through USPS is currently 6 weeks). The name of this service is RUSH MY PASSPORT! I still can’t believe a reputable logistics company like FedEx endorses this company. I payed well over $300 extra for what?! I’ve called several times to speak to a manager and only get put on hold for over an hour only to be told you will be called back by a manager. I never received a call back. As a international pilot I had to turn away trips because I did not have a passport, this is completely unacceptable! I received an email last week saying I should have received all of my documents. I only had 2 documents and the third was still missing, my passport book. I called the number that I was directed to call if I didn’t have my all my documents at that time. I was on hold for an hour until someone finally came on and said “yeah usps has had a lot of delays, must be a glitch in the system.” They would not provide me with a tracking number or anything! I also was told it would originally be shipped by FedEx. I asked to talk to a manager again and of course they said I’d get a call back, never did. I honestly can’t believe this service even exists because it’s not a service at all. The person I talked to blamed this all on Covid which is ridiculous. I usually do not write negative reviews like this but do not want to see another person get scammed by this company. If you are able, plan on 6 weeks of getting your new passport and go to your local post office. DO NOT pay this company more money expecting to get it quicker.

Renewed my kids passport with this company. Process was easy and they help me through the whole process.

They helped both my wife and me. We did them together and while that needed a slight piece of extra attention they did the work efficiently and effectively. t I would definitely use them again if needed.
