John and Pete and the whole crew have been exceptional partners for my businesses over many years. Really can't say enough positive things about them. They go to extra effort, and give a very personal touch, above and beyond in every imaginable way. This is something that you can't get from most payroll providers.

I never give bad ratings to a company without talking to management or the owners of the company to try to resolve any problems that I have. Actually, this is the first bad review I have ever given. I used them for my last company's payroll. It seemed every payroll there were errors and Integrated always had an excuse. I talked to the owner a few times and got the run around each time. I sent an email requesting information for an audit recently and never even got a reply. If I ever start another business I will not be using them.

Everyone at Integrated Payroll Services is exceptionally friendly and very knowledgeable. The transition from our old payroll company to IPS went a lot smoother than I anticipated. Leslie is always quick with responses to any questions I have. We have been with IPS for almost two years now and we haven't had any issues with our payroll or taxes.
