The staff and policies are awful.nnIf you would like to be treated like a number, like a commodity then Retina Group is for you. They treat you like a piece of meat in a processing plant.nnAfter your treatment they outsource their billing to a company that doesn't answer the phone so it is impossible to pay your bill.nnYou have to leave a message for them to call you at THEIR CONVENIENCE to process the payment. For a busy person this is a nightmare on top of the poor treatment.
