Painted Horizons Hot Air Balloon Tours

We went on a hot air balloon ride this morning and Tom was incredible. Explained everything including sights, how the balloon works, and all precautions for landing. The wind was a little more than expected and both my boyfriend and I were super nervous upon takeoff as we had never done anything like this, but Tom has been doing this for almost 30 years and had everything totally under control and was reassuring, answering all our questions. Next time we’d definitely pay the extra for a private flight however because it was a little tight and more freedom to move around would have been nice, but the basket being a bit crowded with two pairs and Tom was expected. It was a great experience and I’d highly recommend to any first time hot air balloon flyers or honestly anyone! The champagne and snacks at the end were also a great touch. The sunrise was beautiful and I’d absolutely do it again.

We went on an amazing hot air balloon this morning with Tom and his crew. He was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, funny and reliable. Even though I had knew nothing about hot air balloons, I totally trusted Tom because of the confidence and professionalism he presented. He even helped my boyfriend pull off a beautiful surprise wedding proposal for me!! We ended with champagne and snacks. Very pleasant experience!!

Tom and his team were professional and amazing. Tom is full of local knowledge and you can tell that he truly loves what he does. Me and my girlfriend had an absolute blast and I'll be bringing my family next time they're in town. See you guys again soon!
