Chris at the Disney Springs, Orlando, FL, location provided me with exceptional service. The night before, I had lost my sunglasses, but he looked up my last purchase and miraculously, found the last pair they had in the back, as it’s a style they no longer carry. He turned my heartbreak into joy!
