Awesome store. I am disabled and I am 100% allowed to shop there! I recommend everyone shop here! Prices are often a bit high but I will happily pay the prices in exchange for freedom to eat and be left alone.

I would rather give no stars, but unfortunately not an option. I was able to book a COVID-19 vaccine appointment for this week. I was so excited since they announced that pharmacy’s were receiving them so that way more Florida residents could receive them. I filled out all the necessary information only to get a phone call this afternoon to ask if I was a healthcare worker. I told them I was not, and was then told I had no choice but to cancel my appointment. I am not complaining because I think I should receive the vaccine ahead of anyone else, particularly those who are risking their lives to be in hospitals and caring for others. I am upset that Publix does not have adequate information on their vaccine booking site to explain who they can vaccinate and who is still waiting. It was handled completely inappropriately, and I am extremely disappointed in their professionalism and business manners.

The lady seems to give me a problem or they don't have my script every time I come in but the older guy takes care of business with no problem... I have been coming here for almost a year and it never fails when the lady is here

Rude pharmacy tech.... Offered no consultation for my prescription. I was standing there looking at my prescription and the tech finally ask. Do you have a question.... Never spoke offered for me to speak to a pharmacist even though the manager and assistant manager were both there......

Absolutely horrible customer service! Stood in line to drop off a prescription for 10 minutes and they kept telling me they would be right with but continued to help other people who were waiting after me. I ended up leaving. Save yourself the headache and go to the CVS across the street. Much better service!
