Ms. Margie was wonderful. She went above and beyond even though I went there for free hearing test. She even went out and wrote me a letter for my potential employer that my hearing was normal. Thank you guys!

A couple of days ago my grandmothers hearing aids broke. During this self quarantine she was scared to leave the house and drive to Fort Walton to have them repaired. Dr Chris drove all the way to Santa Rosa Beach and repaired her hearing aids in his truck in her drive way. He was in full mask and gloves and made her feel so appreciated as a patient. As a family member just want to thank Dr Chris and the staff for fitting her in the next day and taking care of her in this way. This office really does go above and beyond for their patients. Thank you so much!!!

Christopher Hicks is so awesome! He is a kind person and works hard to take care of every need. He has a very family oriented way of running his office and makes every client a priority. You will not receive this quality of care at any other hearing center. Highly recommend!

I bought my first hearing device years ago from a Miracle Ear store that was still in a Sears store in Indiana. I can not express how much the device has helped me improve my communications and interactions with people, most significantly my grandchildren.nnWhen I arrived here in Florida I needed routine cleaning and monitoring. My first visit was to Chris and Margie and the experience was wonderful, professional and provided as if I had been with them forever. Their services have been very valuable to me and I very much appreciate their efforts when I have come in.nnHearing aids are a very personal decision but because they have helped me so much I have recommended that a number of my friends and acquaintances consider hearing aids for themselves. In this area I always specifically recommend Chris and Margie for an assessment and service. They have exceeded all of my expectation as a service provider and the device itself works exceedingly well.
