Moose Management Vacation Rentals Park City at Retreat at Jordanelle

Great place for our extended family of 13. Enough bedrooms and beds for everyone. Amenities were great. Kitchen was roomy and had everything you needed. Grill was handy. Kids loved the board games. Patio furniture was great to hangout in the evening. Great place!! Highly recommended!!

Great amenities and location! Beautiful views, clean and nice. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool and smart TVs. Would highly recommend.

We reserved two units with Moose Management for a family weekend in Park City June 9-12, 2020. On June 8 we had a few people in our party with pending test results for COVID-19. The morning of June 9 one result came back and it was positive. The other test was still pending. That morning another person in the party was symptomatic, fever, chills, cough etc. We contacted Moose Management and asked if we could reschedule our dates. We did not request a full refund we just simply wanted to reschedule. (which they had plenty of availability in August). They said “No we are unable to do that.” When I asked if they were okay with us coming to their vacation homes with COVID-19 and quarantining in the homes the reply was, “We clean in between guests.” We contacted the chamber of commerce and Park City Lodging and found out this is typical behavior for Moose Management/Vacation Rentals Park City. We also learned it is a violation of Public Safety to be allowing guests to stay in a vacation rental with positive test results. I also feel it is very disrespectful to the residence at Park’s Edge Townhomes and other Moose Management guests. We tried multiple times to talk with them and reschedule our dates. Our access to the homes was revoked after they claimed we were threatening to spread COVID all over and trash their place. These are false statements. We are out our money and vacation weekend. Find another company to plan your vacation through.
