At the times where life gets hard you can always count on the members here to lift you up. Great service and welcoming environment, and they hold a great meeting every first Sunday of the month where members share their testimonies. 10/10 would recommend!

Most of my life I was searching for a church to call home. I’ve been to many different churches but not one of them felt as inviting not only by the people but by the Spirit! I walked into this church one day about 6 years ago and the moment I stepped foot inside, it was as if Heavenly Father Himself was giving me a big hug saying “welcome home, my child.” And I never turned back!

My military service has led me to visit many LDS congregations (aka Wards) throughout the country, including this one (Fort Walton Beach 1st ward) on 4 seperate trips. The people here are particularly friendly and welcoming. Even though it's been about 2 years since my last visit, multiple people remembered me. So not only will you find the Gospel of our Savior Jesus Christ taught here, you're also sure to make some good friends in the process.
